huntdux
What do any of you mix with corn in your feeders that really attacks deer? Thanks.
dogdoc
nothin'--the corn does the trick! There are several companies that make a powder you can mix with corn. I have tried apple flavored deer corn but really didn't see any difference in use.
bfletch7441
Not a whole lot around here attacks the deer. Bullets and arrows seem to be the biggest culprit. lol Ben
Guest Finn
I think all of the products on the market to boost attraction to the corn is a waste of money
Guest Kelby Wright
from my experince they will run over each other for about 25% acorn rage
Guest Finn
from my experince they will run over each other for about 25% acorn rage I don't doubt it, but to add 25% of that product to a 100 pounds of corn runs $75. Personally, I can't afford that. I'm meant to say most additives aren't worth the cost, but may work.

Guest DOECHASER
I mix some protien pellets from our local feed mill. It is a deer feed they produce. It's about $1 per bag more than corn. I think the protien helps through the summer.
Flintlock1776
Tried it but............ I found it tended to clog up the feeder. I think the supplements are quick to absorb any moisture so now I just use straight corn out of my Kenco Feeders
