CrAzYCoYoTe
But as far as the reciever its self how much does it cost Because i seen in the Cabela's catalog barrels and stocks but if I could get the encore reciever itself i could get the stock and barrel and so-on and so-forth. VTbowman
Best price I have seen on just the frame is around $280 to $300. Buying the encore piece by piece will not save you any $$$ just not hurt as much all at once. I have a bit over $1000 into my custom 7mm rem Mag handgun encore rig... too_pointer
Hello. If I remember right, my encore with the muzzle barrel was around $600 , and that was with a synthetic stock, been awhile now since I bought it. I did not like the syn. stock, plus I have a .25-06 barrel also, and have Boyd's laminated stocks for each barrel. The price of the scope is up to you. I also agree that you best buy would be getting it all the same time, exception of the scope. I have a Sims recoil pad on the stock too. It can add up pretty fast. too_
CrAzYCoYoTe
Ive seen in sporting goods stores (local ones) a basic stock and forend with a .243 barrel. And it cost about i'd say $980. So thats why I think they charge for a pre assembled one. Find the MSRP on the parts and add it up youll see a difference trust me.
