Guest Wackmaster17
I am looking to buy a new rest but having trouble cause there is too many to choose from. I'm leaning toward the Shakey Hunter Fall-Away Rest by Trophy Taker, but I want to get your opinions on what rest you prefer. Thanks
Guest Finn
That Trophy Taker is a great rest...think you'll like it.
Tony
i shoot TT on all my bows. i do not use the shakey hunter, i use the original TTs. if you get the shakey hunter, make sure you get it timed right. the longer prongs take a little more to get just right. this rest is bullet proof and it handles all my competition shooting and hunting. i had i failure in the last 6 years. the knot i had on the very first one pulled through. never had it ever happen again. i cant say enough how happy i am that a few guys on here way back when got me to try them. Shoot Strong Tony
AdvantageTimberLou
Try the Vital Bow Gear Kazaway. I have one and like it alot. Fully contains your arrow and is quiet and simple to set up.
Guest doublelung
I use the thropy taker as well its quite and fail proof going on three years and still good as new. It i smounted on a hoyt and my bow doesn't sit in its case during spring I shoot all year I am telling you this is the rest to buy. You will have to put some felt on it and from there you won't hear a thing.

cjsportsman
Muzzy Zero-Effect, no strings, no failures
maddhunter
I've used a Ripcord rest for a while now and won't be changeing . It was very easy to set up, one of the easiest, do to it locking in position, and full containment. And is very very quite!!!!! I think any of the full containment fallaway reat would be a good investment, just depends on how much you want to spend.
Bownarow
Muzzy Zero Effect. Awsome rest.
Master_Chief
I use a Rip Cord and love it. I like the fact that you can raise the rest pre-shot and it has containment. Just my $.
Gator
Look at the quad ultra rest, it will stay in the upright position until you shoot, unlike a ripcord or TT, and it offers full containment
okiedog
might look at the new trophy taker full containment rest thats out to. I got to look at one set up on a bow this weekend. Seems like a really nice rest as well.
RatherBowHunt
i do disagree with some of you on the fact that the muzzy zero effect has no problems....i along with about 4 people i know have had maaany problems with them...i would never shoot one again....maybe you all have had better luck with them but there is to many parts to them for mechanical failure in my eyes.....i now shoot the rip cord and its by far one of the best i've shot.....i've also shot the trophy ridge drop zone and had a lot of luck with it as well
Turkeygirl
I think I'm gonna get a TT when I decide to get a new rest. Have heard lots of good things about them.
