They aren't necessarily the tournament tickets but typically are the "Practice round" tickets. Our office then gives out one pair of regular tickets. I wouldn't expect those, we have a ton of people here. However, the practice tickets are easy to come by. We will get an email and first come, first serve. The secretary is the one who hands them out and she is roughly 150 feet from me.... I pass Southern Hills every day. Its only about a mile from the Office. They are already hanging banners, "Welcome Golfers." It appears Tulsa PD has stepped up patrol in the area, they are blocking gates to the course, etc. Wont be long and Im going to watch a practice round this year! Michiganbowhunter_SQ2 Posted July 20, 2007 Report Share Posted July 20, 2007 practice rounds are just as fun, we went to the Pro-am at the Buick open a few years ago, hardly anyone there (except the big crowd following tiger of course) got to see a bunch of golfers up close that you would have no chance at getting near during the tournament...walked a couple holes with Vijay singh(sp) and when i say walked with, i mean walked with, as in, right next to him, having a conversation.
