Guest Andrea
I didn't think this went in the chuck wagon since it really isn't a recipe thread. And it is not asking for advice. So here goes........ What's the weird thing you do with your food that the rest of us might find gross or inedible??? Me, I crumble my saltine crackers into my chicken noodle soup. Is that weird? Normal??? Your turn. Fess up.............

quackmaster4
Butter up a slice of bread and then coat it with yellow mustard. Sprinkle some sugar on it, fold it, (not cut in half) and enjoy! By the way I crumble up crackers in my soup too. Does anybody else put potato chips on their subs or sandwiches?

Jeramie
I DROWN my stew and or beans in Hot sauce. Literally. I keep the big bottles of Louisiana brand on hand at all times. When I eat stew or beans they have a bright red tint when Im finished. My wife thought it was a phase but years and years later she is sure to put hot sauce on the table. I think its a family thing. My brother eats hot foods too. Btw Andrea, I crumble Saltines in my stew too. Im not a big juice guy. I like to chew my food. Letting the crumbled crackers absorb the juice is the only way to fly. Does anybody else put potato chips on their subs or sandwiches? Love it like that. My wife hates it when I stack chips all over my sandwiches! Btw, welcome to the forums. Tominator
Hmmmm, I've thought about this one for a long time. I don't think I do anything really weird with food. I've been known to shuck an ear of corn and eat it raw, is that weird? One kind of hors de overeses my mom used to make is a sweet pickle wrapped in a piece of salami. My sister does the same thing, but she adds cream cheese to it. MMMMMM, that's some good stuff.
unioncountyslayer
My favorite is putting a fried egg on top of a hamburger. Also like to put cereal (honey bunches of oats) on top of ice cream.
wildside
I love plain non-fat yogurt mixed with crunchy peanut butter, sprinkled with granola and topped off with banana slices. Another favorite is a big bowl of popcorn with a couple of chunks of Hunter's Vermont Cheddar to eat along with it.
