hutchies
Take deep breaths and don't worry about what you shoot, just have fun. Don't get caught up in thinking that you are going to walk in and win this shoot........Just have a good time. That's what it's all about. okiedog
When I 1st started shooting 3D I was always alittle nervous. Thing is.... once you shoot your 1st or 2nd target you will settle down and its just like shooting with your buddies. I shot a tournament this year and one of the guys in my group was all decked out in his shooters shirt with his name on it holding a high dollar target bow. He was shooting a different class than me, but still alittle intimidating. On the 1st target, he launched one through the trees about 3 ft above the target:D I felt more relaxed the rest of the shoot:cool:
hutchies
Okiedog that happens to everyone. Very first time I ever shot unknown yardage it was at the Paris ASA qualifier. I was nervous as all get out.......after a few targets I settled down and shot a 275......don't know how many X's but I felt alot better after 3 or 4 targets. Jodyslilbro
If your last target was a bad shot don't let it get to you or you will just fall apart
Tony
i dont know why, but 3ds have never botherd me. maybe its because i shot so many indoor target tournaments. your just there to have fun, deep breaths and tell yourself its just like shooting at home. now Indoor target gets my cranked up for sure. but liek the guys have asid, after the first few arrows you can settle in.
