Guest Clay008
I would like to purchase a Bipod for an AR15 and, I was hoping you guys could give me some recommendations. I have looked at the Harris models but, I was wondering what else is available. Also, I have a picatinny rail and it appears that it is necessary to purchase an adapter in order to get the Bipods to attach to the rail. Is this true? Thanks for the help! terry264
Hi 8, I think midwayusa.com is running a special on Harris bipods right now and I think they have one for the picatinny (sp.) rails, also check natchezss.com and I think stoney point may have them too, whatever you do don't get the cheap chinese ones, they dig a hole in your back are pretty cheaply built compared to the good ones. OJR
Go with the Harris and you won't be sorry!
257bob
Another vote for Harris. I have used a sitting Harris for coyote hunting for several years and they work flawlessly, but that is not my main reason. They are built in the USA and have superb customer service. I lost my screw that tightens the bipod to the gun. Called Harris. No questions asked they had a new one in the mail to me no charge of any kind. Outstanding product and service. You won't get that from those coppies made in China.
