preacherman Posted July 27, 2007 Report Share Posted July 27, 2007 Got a Blackberry Pearl from Cingular about 3 months ago and loved the phone. Last week for some reason or another the speaker went out in it, so I call them and they send me another one because it is under warranty. Get the new one yesterday and low and behold today, I begin having trouble with it. Call them back and they proceed to tell me that they have been having some technical trouble with the Pearl's and they were offering to send me a brand new Blackberry Curve, overnight, FREE! I said, "send it on!" So, I guess I will have a new phone the first of the week. Also, if anyone needs one of those "rubber like" cases for the Pearl, send me a PM and I will send you the one that I have, free of charge. My daughters phone messed up on her and when I told them the deal they shipped her a brand new also... You can't beat there customer service... I used to have Verizon service for my personal phone but I dropped it when I got my phone through work. I used to never worry about my phone dropping calls are breaking up. Now I'm always positive it is my phone causing the issues. I can't believe how bad of reception one company can have in the same area another company has great service.
