Rayzorp
It took some serious spare change gathering and I have no idea how many Saturdays working int he sun, but I finally put enough money to make the move. Picked up my new Drenalin. I test shot everything I could get my hands on, but the Drenalin was it for me. I have a set up in my basement consisting of piece of cardboard with some marks and a tape mark on the floor that allows me to set pins on new sights based on a set up I know works. Took new bow to range last night, here is pic of my group at 20 yards,, wow...

If so, welcome to the dark side Matter of fact it is. Had a Bowtech Patriot for about 3 years now,, but surgey on left shoulder made me look for something lighter. Thank you all for the good wishes,, it was with the help of all the forum members I was able to seek and decide.. Come on bowseason!!! Ironranger
Sweet Rayzorp, It's amazing how nice those new bows shoot. I had an old Xi for many years and then got a Switchback two years ago. Now, I'm getting ready for Colorado elk and am really getting out there farther than I thought possible. Granted, I'd rather have them in close but it's nice to know you can get there if need be. I was looking at an ad for the Drenalin and it must be nice to have one so light as my Switchback is a little on the heavier side. Love it regardless but carrying it around the mountains all day will be different.

maytom
After getting a Switchback in the fall of 2005, and then Mathews comes out with the new Drenalin model, I think I'll have to wait a few years before upgrading!! LOL!!!! WTG on the new bow!!

Guest Guideman
Forgive my naievity, but, I have shot PSE for 18 years. I am hearing about sooooo many switching to Mathews. Honest opinions please. As a Guide, I am NOT! looking for blistering speed as a number one priority. I want a consistantly straight shooting, smooth, quiet bow that will hold about 275-280 fps. I am really, really considering the Mathews line. Any suggestions on the solo cam mdl's? All input, good or bad is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Guest Mathews_Pa_Bowhunter
I Purchased The Mathews Drenalin Very Smooth And Quiet, I Love It. However I've Only Had It For A Week. I Would Switch Again And This Time I Would'nt Have Agonized Over It For A Month
