A little rust on the biscuit set screw, which can be replaced easy. Both biscuits are the same size, I think they are meant for carbon arrows. I've been shooting Easton Carbon Aeros out of this rest with no problems at all. The extra biscuit is used alot more than the one on the rest, but still has tons of shots left in it. Comes with all mounting accessories, including stand off block, main mounting screw and main set screw. Brand new, the rest alone is $59.99 from Basspro, extra biscuit runs $17.99 as well.
