woodsman2230
Hey there guys, I am in the process of buying a new bow and I was thinking about changing arrows this season. Are the Easton Axis arrows thinner than the Epics or the Beeman ICS Hunters? What does everyone think of these arrows? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. BowtechTurkeyHunter
same diameter of the epics ... just the epics dont have the straightness tollerences as the Axis ... the ICS hunters are bigger diameter and do not have the hidden insert but rather have the Vi-brake technology ... both great arrows either way Steve
preacherman
I have shot the Axis arrows for 2 years now and like them alot. I can't tell you about the straightness or anything like that, I just know that I like what I have.
Bownarow
What I don't get about the Axis is that the Basspro and Cabelas catalogs list the straightness at .003", but if you go to Easton's website they list the straightness as .005". Easton lists the camo version at .003" but the regular one's at .005" Baffling I know. I'm still shotting them though......and love them!! Gator
The only thing I don't like about them is the way the insert fits into them. If you mess the threads up, as far as I know, there is really no way to get them out.

Switchback29A1
I have a set of wrapped Axis 400's coming here in the next few days. Been shooting Epic 400's, but after the new ones they came out with i couldn't stand that new design and figured since they went to the smaller diameter..why not.
