OJR
1 lb Hamburger 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/2 large Onion, chopped 1 tsp Garlic Powder 4 Bread Slices 1/2 C Water 2 Eggs 1/4 C Butter Combine hamburger, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Break up bread slices, add eggs and mix well. Melt butter in frying pan. Form 1" balls and fry over medium heat. This serves 4 people. We use deer, elk or buffalo burger. My wife also uses whole wheat bread at times and it comes out great! Once you start eating these things, you will be hooked! We got this recipe from a friend of ours who immigrated to this country in the 60's! She is still alive and we are still in contact with her! Great person! Jodyslilbro
You guys ever had meatballs with grape Jelly. My mom mixes barbecue sauce with grape jelly. Hmm. But I'm going to have to try that recipe. Sounds really good especially with that garlic powder.
Guest Andrea
Yeah, we use grape jelly, worcestershire sauce and mustard to make the sauce for the "little smokies" sausages at Christmas time. Very good stuff!!
