3. ELIGIBILITY. Employees of Jordan Outdoor Enterprises, Ltd. and Gray Loon Marketing Group, Inc. and their families and agents are ineligible. Eligibility for prizes is restricted to residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada only. Limited to one entry per person per month. Must have parent’s permission to enter if age 13 or under. Void where prohibited.

6. in part ...... Jordan Outdoor Enterprises, Ltd. may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the email address used to enter the contest. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize.

The only problem I see is possibly the email not being in her name. Doesn't say anything about past winners not be eligible for future drawings. Of course, RT will have the final say, not me.
