johnf
My wife called me from acadamy sports the other day and said they had some camo "Crocs" sale for $8 a pair. I've been told that they are very comfortable shoes, and they were only 8 bucks, so I told her to get me some. These things are the greatest things sence sliced bread. They are "realtree advatage Max-4 H/D" and have to be the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on. It's really like not having shoes on at all except I can walk out on the rocks with them. I still think they are as ugly as home-made soap, the camo makes them barable. I still can't bring myself to wear them in public.

LifeNRA
I wouldn't be caught dead in them! LOL! These are the same shoes that were being caught in the escalators. People were getting hurt because these shoes were getting stuck. Also, just the other day, a Pittsburgh hospital told the staff they are no longer allowed to wear these at work. They claim a safety issue with needles. Whatever, I still won't wear them! I finally got sandals on my feet! Only reason they don't go between your toes! LOL! Team Realtree
If they are Crocs (There are many off-brands) you got a deal, or they made a mistake on pricing. They are all I wear during the summer. Have worn out one pair and am working on the 2nd. S

How in the world would these shoes get caught in an escalator?? Seems that would be all over the news. And how do they pose a safety issue with needles??? I am flabbergasted by that!!!(Because they do sell the version without holes in the top)
toddyboman
I wouldn't be caught dead in them! LOL! So John would like a pair of Crocs for Christmas:p:p:p:p:D:D And how do they pose a safety issue with needles??? I'm guessing if one dropped a needle or stepped on a needle just right it would pierce right through the eva material of the crocs and into your foot. johnf
Misunderstood my wife. They were $8 off, not $8. She said today they were $32 rather than the $40 sticker. They are still comfortable:rolleyes:.
