Guest GCBORNHUNTER
I'm thinking about getting some new carbon arrows for my PSE Mach X. I've already decited I'm going to get the 2" blazer vanes. What are the best arrows out there now?
VermontHunter
Like the weapon, the accesories are a preference thing as well .. Goldtip makes an awsome shaft as well doe's Carbon Express. I think most of the arrow shafts made today are on equal ground.. I just prefer the 2 I have mentioned.. All the BEST with your choice.. http://www.goldtip.com/ http://www.carbonexpressarrows.com/

hoytbowhunter
I'm a fan of beman myself but it is all in personal preference just like everything in archery. Good luck!!
bwlacy
That really depends on what you are looking for. Also a preference thing. Do you want a light, medium, or heavy arrow? I think that Carbon Express makes some really good shafts, also the Easton Axis, A/C, or FMJ are good, and Beman ICS or MFX. Also depends on your budget. Do you want to spend $60 or $200. I've noticed with the cheaper carbons that they aren't as straight, the weight varies, and they tend to crack length wise more. I think that all the brands make some good quality shafts. Smitteken
I've shot GTs that I really liked, but last year I switched to Arrow Dynamics, Nitro stingers. I gained some speed and penetration do to their tapered design. Only problem is not many places carry them.

dartonman
I shoot about 70 pounds....and I have been a tried and true goldtip fan until this week.....my buddy from this forum sent me the Carbon Express Maxima's with the weight forward design, the heavier shaft, the 350's....and they are smoking my goldtips far as speed, stability and ACCURACY......with field points and broadheads.....I have two inch blazers on them, and they are awesome.............al
Turkeygirl
I have shot with Beman ICS Hunters for 2-3 years now and they are awesome! Hold up great....just real nice arrows and not too expensive.
Strut10
Buy the straightest carbons you can afford. Were I to buy arrows today I'd get Gold Tip Pro's. I wouldn't consider anything under .003" straightness for use with fixed-blade broadheads.
