Rayzorp
I was going through my things in the garage, and I found me about 5 unopened bottles of Scent Free spray. Must have picked them up at a Walmart of Kmart clearance. If memory serves me right, they must be a least three years old, anyone know if they're any good? Thanks
LifeNRA
I had some for two years. Just shake them up and if they are the Earth scent. If it smells like dirt I would think your ok. I did this one time, not again! LOL! When it goes on clearance, I buy only one!
wtnhunt
Would think it should be fine.
Guest bowhuntr_15
I believe it should be fine since they have never been opened!!
BearClaw
I e-mailed HS Specialties about this and they said there is no shelf life. He did recommend however, that for peace of mind, that you replace it every 2-3 years. Hope this helps!
Guest bowtechhunter
Shelf Life Everything has a shelf-life, or at least a usable life. I would not use that spray, the risk is not worth the reward. Get some new spray. And HS telling you there's unlimited shelf life just goes to show you something, and for the moderators, I wont bash and say what. Get good stuff, not crap. Get good scent control spray that bonds with odor molocules thereby rendering them scent free and keeps on killing scent for days, something with activated carbon to dry in. I have used em all in 20 years, and 2 work the best because they're the only one's that do what I mentioned above, in my humble opinion. Brad6639
How are you not brand bashing, you have 6 posts and they are all hawking this product and slamming others. You may need to go elsewhere to promote this wonderful company of yours.
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
bowtechhunter, this isn't a place for you to come in and advertise for your own products or a company you work for. I have read all (6) of your posts and all of them are pushing the same products and trying to slam other products. If you are just here to advirtise, i suggest taking it somewhere else. If you want to join in, and have real discussions and enjoy this place, go right ahead. The mods will here about this, if they haven't already, and they will decide what will happen. as for the original topic, they should be good. just shake em up good... Guest adrenaline_junky
I would imagine that they are okay. Shake em up.
Guest bowtechhunter
Hmmm.. I just re-read my post several times, and I don't seem to see any names, or me hawking anything. There are now superior products, and there are multiple companies making them. Brand X scents has what I consider great products. I won't say anymore names, because I don't want the bullies firing their mortars at me. The advancements include molocule bonding, it's a chemistry, and there simply aren't many manufacturers using this technology. You can like it, or not. It's just an opinion. And for the record, I am on the pro-staff of a scent control company, and if I didn't believe it was an awesome product, I wouldn't be involved. Refuse to Follow. Maybe you should re re-read it then, because nearly all of your posts say how great this scent company is (with no proof), and are bashing on the traditional two (scent away and scent killer). That is called brand bashing.
snapper
So your getting paid to advertise their scents...but you don't want to pay Realtree to advertise on their site. That is why the names you refer to gets deleted and you don't see them!

Guest antlerhead
I've Used The Hs Scent Away For Years And Can Actually Say That It Has Worked For Me. And Im Not Trying To Advertise For Them, But Thats What I Use. Im Sure That There Is Other Products That Work Also. I Also Believe That Know Matter How Much Spray You Use Or The Latest Scent Control Camo Clothing You Have At Your Disposal. You Should Still Hunt With The Wind In Your Favor. Im Not One To Put That Much Confidence In Anybodies Products. You Have To Remember Its Still A Business, To Make The Almighty Dollar. So I Still Use The Same Advice Daddy Taught Me , "keep The Wind In Your Face" If You Do That Aint No Deer Gonna Smell You.
okiedog
Dang.... Thats Alot Of Capital Letters:confused:. Its hard to beat playing the wind in your favor.
Brad6639
I told him the same in a pm, maybe people wouldnt jump his case if he put up some advertising dollars instead of brand bashing. Scent away does work, so does scent killer, its proven, and it just bugs me and probably others when hes hawking a product no ones heard of before and slamming the proven products.
