wildside
Our son's first loose tooth is hanging on by a thread. How much is the Tooth Fairy leaving under pillows these days? Thanks!
Jeramie
A cell phone, a rice burner (Honda), and an Ipod. Times have changed. I use to get something like a quarter. I would think $2-$3 would cover it.
Guest Andrea
First teeth are a big deal Mom. Especially if he is freaking out about pulling it. I'd say $5. The rest...........$1 each.
Hoosierbuck
Andrea is "on the money" with what we did about 3 weeks ago my Sarah lost her first. We told her sometimes the first one gets way more than the rest so she will understand. She was very happy with 5 crisp ones... HB

The rest...........$1 each. yeah but then if you go five dollars on the first one and then a dollar from there on out he might think hes getting stiffed on the last few teeth id say 3 bucks on the first one and 2 on the rest, dont know like jeramie said, all i ever use to get was a quarter, but now a days thats just chump change, lol
Tominator
$5 on any tooth that doesn't have a filling in it. I've got about $100 worth of teeth in my sock drawer. Gave a barbie to my daughter who had her first 2 teeth knocked out by her brother, but that was a traumatic instance of losing teeth prematurely. Ah, "the brother". . . similar thing happened with one of my brother's kids, only it was brother to brother, not the sissy, who got teeth knocked out. Your poor little girl, though. . . at least she got a Barbie out it! Thanks for all the great thoughts so far - Jeramie's fancy ideas would be a huge hit with our son but also a huge hit to our bank account! (I know he was kidding. ) I was honestly thinking about a shiny new silver dollar. Or, as he's starting to pull back his Golden Eagle Brave bow now, maybe a little arm guard or hunting gear would be cool. Something special for the first tooth, like others suggested, is a nice idea. It's getting close!

Steven
Does the tooth fairy make any retroactive payments? I've never gotten anything for any teeth I've lost. Also, can I charge interest?
bobw
. THE last time i lost a tooth it cost me $85.00 but for a kids first tooth i say three bucks would be nice, and a. o.t.p.g t shirt...
