IowaDeerHunter
Our farm is usually cut into silage and after that manure is pumped all over it and then knifed in. I was wondering after they knife it in would it be possible to plant a annual fall food plot on it. Something like the antler king fall blend? wtnhunt
Would think so. Would just make sure the manure is worked into the ground well before planting.
dogdoc
you bet! Should make a great plot!
Tominator
Sure, why not? The only thing I'd be worried about is the plethora of weed seed found in manure.

IowaDeerHunter
Awesome. After they knife it the ground is pretty much soft and disked so really all I need to do is plant the seed and drag it. Any idea how late is to late to plant in Western Iowa?
