8ptbuckpa Posted August 19, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 19, 2007 that is exactly what I thought but weight helped convince me, I won the big buck contest In Kane, PA which is nicknamed the fridgerator of PA my buck (Fielddressed) weighed 127lbs the average was 155lbs. The other thing that also surprised me was that this buck lasted through All archery season on public ground and only 1 family new about him. I just read in the new issue of Illinois Game and Fish about a main frame 7 x 7 that was killed last Fall that grossed 215+ typical and netted 198 6/8 that was aged at only 3 1/2 years old!
