hangunnr
Picked up this XP from the smith today after having it rechambered to 223. Also had the barrel shortened and the crown recessed. When I picked this one up the wooden stock was badly beaten. I recontoured it to better fit my hand. It was then sanded and filled. A buddy of mine sprayed it with tan Duracote then added the black splatter. The barrel is a Shilen, the trigger is very cool. It's a Canjar single set. Unset it breaks at about 2.5# and set it'll go at about 4oz. Topping it off is a Burris 3-12 sitting in Leupold mount and rings. This should be a fun shooter. Now to find the time to get to the range... hangunnr
257bob
That's a real sweet piece. I am not real familiar with that model so I don't know if it's standard, but I love the solid trigger guard. Let's see some groups when you get to the range.
