Guest deldeer Posted January 2, 2005 Report Share Posted January 2, 2005 going to try to make some deer jerky with one of those guns, & i bought a can of ( eastman outdoors) seasoning mix. my quest. is what is the white powder for????? & how much of it do you use????...no directions in can????!!!!!.......thanks for the info....
