revhard
Well I picked up a really nice farm to hunt, and the landowner told me all I have to do is bring him some fish since I live on the river, and he doesent have acces to it. So of course I told him no problem!!! But my question is, do i just give him a whole fish freshly cought, and let him clean it, ar do i clean the fish myself and then give it to him? Guest bowhunter56
I would clean the fish and present it to him in a quality manner..
birddog
You absolutely clean the fish for him! If you can't do a great job making sure there are no bones, etc. I would go to the store and buy him a couple of meals of fresh fillets. It would be a cheap price to pay for permission to hunt. dogdoc
yep--i agree with the others. Clean it and bag it and ready for the grease!
sluggunner
Without a doubt bring him the fish all cleaned and ready for the fry pan. If I didn't catch enought fish to give the guy a couple of different meals, I would buy him some nice fish from the market.

JimPic
Ask him when you catch fish,if he prefers them filleted or whole(but clean them anyway if whole)

revhard
only reason i asked was because nowadays you know people get funny about others handling their food... lol
lil hunter
you live on the river and he has no access to it? I would also let him access the river anytime he wants through your property. That seems like a pretty fair trade since he is letting you on his land also.
quackmaster4
Without a doubt fillet them up for him. Maybe even throw in a box of batter mix or something like it. We always try and take care of the folks who let us hunt. Beer, hams, gift certificates, whatever we know they like.
