Guest Andrea
It's that time of year folks. I wanna read your most favorite recipes for whatever it is you eat during football games. Whether it is appetizers, drinks or meals. Or desserts. I just made a dish that Master_Chief gave me for a FABULOUS buffalo chicken dip. Waiting for him to post it here!!!! muggs
Funny you should ask, I just made some homemade salsa from veggies from my garden last night, and I thought it would be great to have during the next Browns game. It's really easy too. 4-5 good sized tomatoes cilantro jalapeno peppers red and white onions (1 medium sized each) ground cayenne pepper Frank's Red Hot sauce salt and pepper 3 medium garlic cloves garlic powder 1 Red pepper 1 Grenn pepper corn (best of you roast an ear of corn, but you can use canned corn) Skin the tomatoes, and then chop them up, throw them in a bowl. Dice the jalapenos, onions, and peppers and add to the bowl. Mince the garlic cloves and through that in. Finely chopped up the cilantro and add. Roast the corn before you add it (I just spread out some canned corn on a cookie sheet and put it under the broiler for about 10 minutes- you can also roast an ear of corn and add that) add after roasted. Add just a pinch or two of the cayenne pepper. 1 tsp Frank's Red Hot. 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and serve. It tastes better aftter its sat in the fridge overnight. It's really good.

Muff
we make this all the time -Mix equal parts cream cheese and sour cream…all depends on how much you want to make we use a big baking pan so we use about 2 cups of each. -Anyway mix that down till smooth. -Cook 1 lbs ground beef (again its how big you are making this) add taco seasoning and let cool -cut up green pepper into small pieces -same with tomato -shred some lettuce -shred some marble cheese -when meat is cool put cream cheese and sour cream mixture in bottom of pan…even it out good -next put on taco meat -next tomato and peppers -next cheese -then lettuce -HINT make this the day before and let sit so the flavor goes all though it…ALSO wait to put lettuce on ….put it on just before serving so it is still crisp Serve with taco chips of your liking…..I like the lime flavored ones

Guest BigRobbieRob
try this............. 1) Block of Cream Cheese 2) 1 jar of Kraft Old English cheddar cheese 3) Garlic Powder 4) Bagels of choice, I prefer an onion bagel, seeded bagel, or plain bagels from a bagel shop. mix the cream cheese and chedder cheese in a bowl. Mash it first to soften the cream cheese, then take a mixer to finish the job and mix well. Add garlic powder to taste. Cut up or tear apart bagel in to 1 inch square pieces. Dip bagels into mixture and enjoy.
