The seed heads look pretty good to me but since this is my first planting of jap millet I don't know. Here are a few close ups of the millet: Here is a pic of the entire pond--it's drained as low as it can be right now. I'm thinking in about 3 to 4 weeks it will be time to plug her up and let her fill: I sprayed about 2 acres on the edge of the pond about 3 weeks ago and mowed it yesterday.
