c_lou
I have 4 pictures of 2 deer. I was wondering what some of you thought their ages might be. Please disregard antler size. I am trying to get better at aging deer on the hoof. I personally think they are both 3 1/2 year olds. Am I right or am I wrong? Tominator
I see you're in WI, so I'd guess 3 or 2 actually. I don't think he has the mass or brawn of a 4 year old.

My guess is he is 3.5, but could be a real healthy 2.

Texan_Til_I_Die
Flat back, neck still smaller than the chest, no sagging belly, no pronounced jowls - 3.5 or younger for both
nemodeerhuntersneighbor
I would say 3 yr olds both of them. Another year and they will be bruisers
