Dish told me the whole story............MOR wouldn't talk to me after what I told them Dish told me. Looks like those clowns will be gone soon.

Please make me feel better and let me know what Dish told you. You can send it in a PM if you want to, I would really like to know. I just enjoyed their programming a lot better than the Outdoor Channel or many of the days that I really get a chance to sit down and watch TV.

Scott, the story from Dish depended totally on who you talked to at that picticular time... but for the most part they said the problem was on MOR's end and not thiers but negotiations were happening, but then you talk to a Rep. from MOR and get a total 180 and it's Dish that's holding up the negotiations ( how many times have we heard this one and have to play this game as a paying consumer ?? ) ....:confused:

So I don't see any light for Direct Tv as well ,, I've had both services for years and they both play this same game with thier customers... Higher rates and less product ..:(

I ran into John Mogle (host of christensen arms outdoors) the other day and asked him about the whole situation. He said that he had just been in meetings that day and things didn''t look good for anyone. This must be what he was talking about.

The real losers besides us are the shows that are not being seen. You had a ton of good hunting shows that depending on MOR and depending on Direct and Dish to deliver them to us.

We're all losers on this and to see hunting shows off the airwaves is not good for us. Someone, anyone, pick these great shows up. Closing the Distance, Whitetail Freaks, 24/7, A-way Outdoors, Giant Whitetails, Buck Ventures, and a host of others not being seen, sad deal, very sad!!!

Dish told me that the MOR channel did not hold up their end of the contract. Media group owns 9 channels which are all sales channels..............not regular programming. In order to get on air they have to pay Dish Network. The didn't pay and got yanked.............I called them and nobody would give me an answer. They all gave me the same generic BS.................
