wtnhunt
Our favorite place to buy bbq has some type of homemade sauce that is great, have only had similar sauce at one other place that is no longer in business. Smoked a couple turkeys the other day, and thought about trying to make some homemade sauce. Anyone here have any good recipes for a spicy peppery bbq sauce? wtnhunt
Thanks Leo. That sounds good, and will give that a try sometime, that would probably work great for pork on the smoker. Really looking for an after the meat is already done, sauce for sandwiches, that is not real sweet.

Guest adrenaline_junky
I mix some BBQ sauce with cajun seasoning, Honey Mustartd and Red Hot. Never really payed attention to how much i used. I fill the bowl with about 4 cups of BBQ sauce, Then i mix in about a cup and a half of Cajun seasoning After that i put in about a cup of Honey Mustard Finally add the red hot as you please either more or less to get a better kick.
