mrswtnhunt
I miss my girls so much.:( I just took a new job as the Wound Care Specialist at the Tennessee State Veterans Home close to where I live . I started on Monday and they told me that I needed to go to the sister facility to train with their WCC this Wed, Thurs, and Fri. Where I am at is three hours from home. I have 3 girls ages 11, 6, and almost 2. I sure do miss them.:( Please say a prayer for my husband, wtnhunt. He is home with all 3 girls by himself for the rest of the week until I get back. Guest Andrea
Bless your heart. I know that has to be hard. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Good luck with the new job too!!!!
wildside
I feel for you. It is so tough to be away. This past March I attended a professional conference in Florida for 5 days, and it about did me in to be apart from my husband and our two (ages 6 and 4). A night out every once in a blue moon sounds great, but any more than that just isn't my cup of tea. I wish you success and enjoyment in your new role and hope that the time away from your loved ones flies by in the blink of an eye! You, the girls and Mr. Wtnhunt will have some prayers from me. wtnhunt
With no fighting or fussing kids and no uninterrupted sleep, kind of figured your time away would be like a little vacation for you:rolleyes:, j/k. I worry more about you traveling than anything else. Thanks for the prayers, the girls are doing just fine, think this is harder on Catrina. Our 6 year old has gotten a little emotional with missing her momma just a couple times, but she is doing just fine.
mrswtnhunt
Thanks so much guys for the prayers. I am up this morning getting packed up. I came down to the computer room (yes they have a computer room at the hotel-and it's free) to print reverse directions back home. Will probably head out about 8:30am so maybe I will miss the worst of the Nashville traffic. I really learned alot during my training and hopefully I can put it to good use at my facility. My hubby was right, I think it has been harder on me than the kids for me to be away. Thanks again for the prayers. You guys are like family. Can't wait to get home!!!
