Scent-Lok Customer Service

Has anyone ever ordered anything from their website? I ordered my whole hunting suit from them so I could get everything in Realtree AP HD. I ordered the clothing July 3rd and recieved the pants and jacket 2 weeks later. Then the packing info said that my mask and gloves were on backorder. About 2 weeks later, around August 3rd, when I thought the stuff would arrive somone e-mailed me saying that the gloves I wanted were not being made in Realtree AP anymore and I had to choose Mossy Oak Break Up or another kind of glove. To make things simple I told them just to give me Mossy Oak Break Up gloves. I went to their website a week later and they still had the gloves optioned as AP or Break Up. So 2 more weeks go by and I finally recieve a package and I was all excited, but it only ended up containing my gloves. I e-mailed Scent-Lok and called, but no answers about why the mask is back-ordered for so long. No responses to the two e-mails I sent and no one answered the phone. This is really getting on my nerves, because bow season opens up in 10 days and I still don't have my headcover/hat. Has anyone else had this much trouble with tthem or is it just me?

It's obviously a busy time of year for them but that's no excuse for the way they have handled a 'customer'. I had that same problem with a fishing company. They did have in theri website a link to a dept. that handled unresolved issues and compaints. I e-mailed them and had two guys call me! They got it settled for me but my feeling is that while I may not be the biggest customer, I still am a customer and if it wasn't for all of us 'little guys', they would not even have a job! I haven't been on their site but I would see if they had any other link or just addres the next one to the President of the company. A customer service person would not want a letter addressed to the President not taken care of, at least that's my opinion. Let us know what happens!

Tom,

I might be able to get someone there that may be able to help. I'll try to dig up his email if I can find it. Usually you can email them through thier web site and they will help you out. Be persistent and keep calling until you get through to the right person.

Has always answered my questions.

This time of year is very busy and the demand may be too much!

Lou
