brad dryden
This is a little new after reciving diffrent scoring systems to try I have came up with one. All teams will have equal amount of hunters in each state team so its kinda first come first serve. All bucks will get 5 point and one point for each antler point and each doe will be giving 7 points to kinda make things a little more fair so each team will still have a chance but if you shoot a doe with antlers you get another 5 points added to total score of that deer. If their are more hunters for a state it will be split up into diffrent teams such as Team Indiana #1, Team Indiana #2 and so on so everyone has a chance to enter. Each team member can only enter one deer. Remimber this is all in fun and if all goes well next year we will give out prizes. To help the process of the forums loading if you have entered the other deer contest you dont have to repost the pics here I will go through and look at the pics to make it easy put the web address on your teams thread. If you dident enter the other deer contest and have only entered this one then post pics with your teams thread. If you are 17 or younger put YOUTH under the state you will be hunting and we will have the winner for the youths. Remimber this is all new so every thing isent perfect yet so bare with me on this. This is short notice but SEPT. 18th is the last sign up date. To enter put your: NAME and STATE you will be hunting.

M00N
Username: M00N State: Pennsylvania Big questions how are you going to determine it's an "antlered doe"? People normally field-dress a deer in the field and leave the sexual organs behind, plus I think it'd be a little tacky to require a picture posted of the sexual organs to prove gender. Are you going to require DNA testing paperwork (takes months to receive back normally and expensive) to prevent someone from just claiming their field-dressed buck is really an antlered doe? Most antlered doe I've heard about ended up being both male and female (hermaphrodite) or a malformed males. Just curious. Thought that was a really weird thing to throw in the scoring system. You are right about about that I will change that and thank you very much for pointing that out, also it would have been based on being truthful.
