buckee
That is pretty comical. Gee, if you took a video of that and PETA got hold of it, they would make you look like you were abusing your animals....LOL Cattle can be pretty stupid sometimes ehh ..LOL
archerjg
Re: Pretty funny My Grandfather had a bull that was just as gentle as could be you could pet it in the field all day long. He put it in the barn and the bull nearly took the barn down to get out. He went back to the field no problems you just could not put him in the barn. You can't put any of his offsprings that are bulls in barns either. One of my cousin's on my dad's side bought one and put him in the barn the next morning the side of the barn was gone and he was in the field. Griz
Re: Pretty funny That is pretty funny. I have seen cattle do some pretty crazy things before. One time I was out checking the cows and there was a cow walking around with one of these small mineral feeders around her neck. Mineral feeder is one of those kind that spins with the wind. She had drug that thing all over the place. So we had to catch her and get thing off and when we did you would have thought we put it on her. She put us up on fences and in the trees she was so mad. Guest jayjaysin
Re: Pretty funny For all you cattle guys. My dad has 10 acres fenced with 5 strand high tensile fence, 2 being electrified, with telephone poles for posts. The wire is kinda loose because the corners need reinforced, but one cow keeps getting out. We really don't think she is getting under or through the fence, but a lot of guys are telling him that cow is jumping over it. Can a full grown cow jump a 4'-6" fence? I can't believe it! Not till I see it for myself. What do you guys think?
