DSGB Posted September 10, 2007 Report Share Posted September 10, 2007 My wife and I saw six bears in ours trips to Cades Cove while we were up there. The first was the biggest and also came the closest. I didn't get any great shots of him since he was on the passenger side and I was driving. I saw this guy sneakin' around the woodline. He never came out in the open. I had to hurry to get ahead of him and cut him off before he went down into the creek bottom. On our last trip through, we saw a momma and cub foraging through some dead wood for bugs. This was the best shot I got. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DSGB Posted September 11, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 11, 2007 When we used to go during the summer, we would rarely see them in the cove, but would see them in the mountains near the balds.
