PotashRLS
You may be getting a little late, I'm not sure on your growing season though. Usually this late in the season winter wheat grows fast and is somewhat of a draw. You may get something out of a brassica if you have 4-5 more weeks of warm weather. Most commercial food plot seed companies list their recommended planting dates on the bags.
dogdoc
you might think about planting some ryegrain---it will grow a little longer than wheat as it is more cold tolerant. I'd also throw in some brassicas in the mix---they might not reach full potential this late in the season but you'll probably get some decent growth---try to get it out ASAP!!!!!! wtnhunt
Rye grain does well as a draw and will grow pretty quick. Have had great results with wintergrazer rye.
