njbowhntr
Well I am in the process of building a long range .243. Would it benefit me that much to put a Mag-Na Brake on the gun or will I just be wasting money due to the size of the caliber? Thanks in advance for the advice. AJ
Re: Mag-Na Brake on a .243 On a varmint gun you should be able to see the impact with a brake. You will still need a heavy barrel but it should sit there during the shot. If you are shooting prone, put a rag or blanket under the muzzle to keep the dust from flying up and obscuring your view of the mist.
