I would like to do a recipe of the week. What I need from you guys is some input. everything from type of game or meat and type of sides, and deserts, drinks so I can come up with a dinner, lunch or breakfast ....or even a appetizer for parties...

It can be from oven cooking to campfire style to the microwave...Bring it on..

I have allot of my own and I enjoy giving them to you but I would like to try to combine a few things from deferent area of the states and our buds to the great white north

Feel free to PM me and give me your thoughts on what you would like to see...

I think this would be great....I would be happy to share some New England style recipes and it would be a nice change to have some southern style cooking to try. Might have to be careful printing them in book form because of copyright violations. If you haven't picked it up yet, Woolrich sells some great venison cookbooks....I haven't tried a recipe that wasn't totally delicious!

I'm not necessarily looking for you guys to use all your favorite recipes up...

The best analogy is from the the food network they had a show a few years back called Ready-Set-Cook..

Give me 6 items and I will create a recipe of the week....

Here we go I'll start this off....

BAKED GROUSE OR PARTRIDGE BREAST

4-6 Cleaned breasts of choice

4tbsp. Cooking Oil

1-12oz. Can. Cream of Mushroom soup

1/2cup Cooking Sherri

1/4cup. Shredded Sharp Cheese

3tbsp. Grated Onion

2tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/2cup. Slivered Almonds

8oz. Sliced Mushrooms (Fresh is Better)

Salt & Pepper Breasts to Taste

Lightly brown the breasts in oil; place in a baking dish.

Combine your above ingredients and pour over

The lightly browned breasts, and cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degree’s for 45 minutes.

Makes 4-6 servings….
