98chevy
After Andreas post on cooking i was thinking about how much I grill out every week rain snow or shine. I cook out at least 3 times a week at the house and every weekend at the camp. My favorite is smokeing some pork then doing pork snadwiches. I normlly grill chicken, steak, hamburger, porkchops, shrimp, fish, vetables everything. Does any body else grill out alot? AND The Million dollor question Propain or charcoal? I use both. I have one 35 gallon smoker with a smoker box. Then my newest grill is alot of fun. Its half charcoal and half propaine, Then i added a smoker box to it. I hope they last cuss I burn up a grill every year to 2 years. And Ive bought from $200.00 to $900.00. none have lasted!!

Tominator
Yep. I grill out quite a bit. Nightly basis in the summer. I grill it all. As far as smoking, I usually just toss a pan over the grate, then toss some oak or hickory on the flame and it smokes very well that way. Propane exclusively for me. wtnhunt
Really I prefer charcoal over gas, but we have and use a gas grill, and I will cookout spring/summer or fall/winter, weather does not matter. Use my electric smoker just about as much as the grill. Will probably get a new grill here pretty soon.
OJR
We grill or smoke the year around! I have a smoker just like the one pictured, but it is an electric Brinkman! I have a Weber gas grill and it is great! No charcoal!

Guest gt2003
All year round. I grill probably 2-3 nights per week. I love to smoke pork ribs, pork butt for pulled pork, brisket, chicken and every once in a while some salmon. You simply can't beat the taste of home smoked meats. I think I've got a pic of a small pork butt I did a few weeks ago.....
