After Andreas post on cooking i was thinking about how much I grill out every week rain snow or shine.

I cook out at least 3 times a week at the house and every weekend at the camp. My favorite is smokeing some pork then doing pork snadwiches. I normlly grill chicken, steak, hamburger, porkchops, shrimp, fish, vetables everything. Does any body else grill out alot?

AND

The Million dollor question Propain or charcoal? I use both. I have one 35 gallon smoker with a smoker box. Then my newest grill is alot of fun. Its half charcoal and half propaine, Then i added a smoker box to it. I hope they last cuss I burn up a grill every year to 2 years. And Ive bought from $200.00 to $900.00. none have lasted!!

All year round. I grill probably 2-3 nights per week. I love to smoke pork ribs, pork butt for pulled pork, brisket, chicken and every once in a while some salmon. You simply can't beat the taste of home smoked meats. I think I've got a pic of a small pork butt I did a few weeks ago.....
