Rut-Nut
My buddy shot a certain to be record book Caribou in N.Quebec last week. A real MONSTER. He had it "rough" scored up there at 413"!!!! Now he wants to have it scored by an official B&C scorer. JUst wondering how to find out where the closest person is to Northern New Jersey/NE pa. or SE new York? And what the proper procedures would be. Any help would be greatly appreciate!~
Guest adrenaline_junky
I don't know of any official scorers out that way. Btw you might want to let that dry first i think the standard time is 6 weeks. Congrats to your buddy you should post some pics if you can. Guest PTtaxidermy
Go to the Boone & Crocket web site, I think you can find a scorer listed there for your area.
Rut-Nut
Thanks Junky- I know there is a mandatory drying time. I think he just wants to get all the info, so when it is dry, he can immediately contact a scorer and have it scored! Thanks PT- after I posted this, I checked their site. I didn;t see anything there. But I may have just missed it. WIll check again. THanks! Perry P.S. We're in the process of getting the pics onto disc so we can post them. WIll post them ASAP! camomanbg
Straight from the website! How can I locate Boone and Crockett Club Official Measurers in my area? The fastest and easiest way to find a measurer is to send an email to the Club at [email protected]. Please specify the state in which you are seeking a measurer. A list of measurers can then be sent directly back to you. If you do not have email, please call (406)542-1888.
