mule659
I went to my mom and step dads house today and he showed me this gun that someone gave him. All we know about it is that it's a 12ga. Has anyone ever seen a gun like this or have any idea where I may be able to ifnd some info on it? Leo
I believe the mechanism style on that gun is called a "Jocelyn Lock". Looks like it may be a Pinfire instead of a centerfire. Can't tell. Hopes that helps some.
MichiganHunter
Leo is 100 precent right, It is a Jocelyn Lock style gun and is a pinfire, I would take it to a Cabelas. The one here in Michigan has an antique gun locker and they are very good about gun pricing, identification, and information.
mule659
After thinking a little bit about it I feel dumb...lol no way it is a 12ga...that would have to make it a centerfire. I am going to check with some guys and take it to the fine/antique gun room at the bass pro in springfield, mo.
terry264
Hi mule, see you haven't checked your other thread on this subject in rifles/accessories, put a web site for you there. The one I have is indeed a 12 ga. and is center fire. Check other thread if interested, Terry.
