tuck in your pants?

I was wondering, for those of you that wear rubber botts as I do, do you tuck your pants in your boots, or do you pull your pants leg over your boots? I could understand of you wore scent lok(I do), that it might be ideal to pull your pants over the boot, but no one seems to do it(I dont). But on the other hand, rubber boots are supposed to be scent free, and if you spray them down, what could it hurt? your thoughts....

actually i tuck my scent loc pants into my rubber boots . the main reason is i try to walk through any cow pies i see and i like to give the boots a little wash in the local creek if its in the way to my stand. once i get to the stnd i pull them out and spray them down.

Shoot strong

Sounds like I'm one of the few that leaves the pant legs on the outside.I have tucked them in before, but my boots get little twigs and leaves in them from some thick waste high weed patches that I have to walk to get to my stands.More than once I've had to stop and dig around in my boot to get out whatever it is that's poking my feet.

I wear Scentlock and still tuck my pant legs into my boot. Reason why: it feels more comfortable to me, the pant legs won't get wet or muddy at the bottoms (walking creeks), no stags when climbing up into the treestand, less material to rub together that might make a noise when walking or standing up in the treestand, leaves less scent, etc.

Most of my archery clothing is relatively form fitting. I don't wear baggy clothing...might get in the way.

I also tuck mine in. I mainly do this because before i started getting scent free crazy i didn't want my camo rubbing on what ever i walked against and leaving my scent. This is when i had just regular clothes and scent spray. I used to leave my pants tucked in even after i got into my stand, but now reading this it makes sense to untuck after in the tree and respray. Always learning something new aren't we.
