QDMAworks4me
I had one on my fx and it was a nice rest but once I bought my drenalin I hated it, it slowed my arrows down because of the little bit of friction going through the small feathers of whatever you call them and the rest was messing up my fletchings, I bought a rip cord fall away rest and have never looked back. BowJoe
In other words, it works great for a lot of people but some just don't like it. It's like anything else out there. It's a matter of personal preference. I use one and put it on last year. I am accurate out to 50 yds. with no ill effects that I can tell. I am shooting 4" right helical vanes and still shoot very accurately. My buddy got me to try it because I was having a hard time tuning my drop away. He said that sometimes simple is best and in this case you don't have to worry about moving parts that can break, freeze or just plain mess up. Plus it stays on the rest no matter the angle and it's silent.
wtnhunt
Swapped from a tm style rest last fall to the whisker biscuit. Noticed just a little bit of a slow down, but not enough to worry about.
SpcNape
I've used the whisker biscuit for two years. I have had no problems with it at all. I don't doubt that it slows your arrow down a small amount. The stability of my arrow in a tree is worth a few fps to me though. I was tired of having to constantly hold my arrow with my finger to keep it from falling off and clanking on my bow. Not an issue any more. Guest antlerhead
been using the whisker bisquit for three years and i really like it. its not going to slow your arrow down enough that you will even realize it. at least i dont. as far as your fletching is concerned i havent experienced any problems with fletching wear attributed to this rest. some of your other replies mention shooting a 2 inch straight fletch blazer vane. but i use 4 inch right helical vanes on my arrows and dont have any problems whatsoever. hope this helps. Muzzy61
What is a hostage? It is a containment rest now sold by Bowtech. It's similar to the WB, but with clearence for your vanes. it works great.
