fenderhunt4
I noticed my battery plate on the bottom of my Excite does not seem to be holding tight against the batteries and it's losing power connection. Has anyone else had this problem...(and/or a solution!?) I've had it for almost a year and this is the first I've noticed anything. Thanks for the help.... KTMMIKE
Call Cuddeback. I think they have a fix for that.
nemodeerhuntersneighbor
I have had the same problem. Cuddeback really screwed up when they changed the design of their cameras. You have to be very gentle when you close the case so you don't jar the batteries.
NY_Bowhunter14
also dont screw the cuddeback to much into the tree or the batteries will lose connection there to, you have to screw it in tight but not to tight...
Buckslayer
Pretty sure all the newer cuddes have that problem. Not sure if they have a fix now, but they didn't last year so I returned my cuddeback to Cabela's.
pointing_dogs_rule
Hey, and I thought that this problem was only related to my camera. Now I don't feel so stupid!!!! I just sent mine back to cuddeback because the batteries kept losing the connection when I tipped the camera sideways. What a pain in the A**. When I get mine back I will let you know how they resolved the problem. good luck to all the dog
