BowJoe
I was just checking the forecast and it looks like the midwest is getting a dose of cool weather starting on the 10th. It's supposed to dip down to the 30's on that night and be cool most of next week. Highest temp is in the high 60's. I can't wait.

wtnhunt
Was 72 when I walked out the door here this morning. Think it was in the 80's by the time I started walking back this morning, just too warm. Hopefully the cooler weather the forecasters are calling for will really get here this next weekend. David_218
The weather is one reason I gave up on Bow Hunting for Deer. Just too warm or hot in Indiana for hunting Deer in October.

Griz
Temps here today was 85 with a heat index of 95... This is crazy....
wtnhunt
Saying our heat index here will go over 100 today, with the actual temp being in the low 90's. We have heat advisories in effect:eek:. Cannot recall it ever being this warm here in October. The kids and I went swimming again yesterday, normally I have the pool covered for the winter this time of the year already, but the water was absolutely great. Sure hope this cool down that is supposed to hit Wednesday actually happens this time.

Shaun_300
It has been a very hot september and october for us too, nice temps now though, in the mid 40's today for us.
unioncountyslayer
It was 95 here yesterday!!!! Heard on the news that the last time it was above 90 in the Charlotte area was over 40 years ago! Not to mention that we are experiencing a severe drought right now as well. Havn't had significant rainfall since August 15 (1" or above) and we are almost 20" in deficit. Not only bad for hunting, but terrible on business. Lord, please bring some rain.
