Texan_Til_I_Die
Interesting. A politician writes a largely fictitious book raising alarms about an unproven scientific hypothesis, and wins the Nobel Prize for Peace? Must have been a weak field this year. muggs
he looks like he just won a hot dog eating contest...not the peace prize. but I'm not surprised. The majority of the scientific field is buying into this idea, and those in the field who express doubts about climate change and its importance are quickly lambasted or just ignored. Texan_Til_I_Die
Oh yeah, someone just reminded me that a few years back, Yassir Arafat also won it. That makes me feel much better. And one other shining example of former Peace Prize winners - the ever popular Le Duc Tho! (For those who don't know, he founded the Vietnamese communist party that was later directly responsible for millions of deaths)

Newarcher
Let's not forget that the venerable Jimmy Carter--who never misses an opportunity to praise dictators who kill people and prevent real elections and who calls our elections fraudulent and Venezuela's 'elections' GOOD--he won it too. There are outright lies in that movie...as recognized by a British judge upon his ruling that if the movie is to be shown to all Brit children in school, it should include warnings that the science is flawed.
