Guest Andrea
I have. And it's about to drive me to drink. I lost my class ring. Actually it's my Mom's class ring that she gave to me cause at the time they couldn't afford to get me my own. I wear it all the time. And now, for the life of me, I cannot find it. :(:(:(

muggs
What do you do when you lose your St. Anthony medal Ranger? Anyway, if you wear it all the time, think of times and places that call for you to take it off, then look there.

Tominator
Yep! I usually pray to Saint Anthony. http://www.catholicgreetings.org/Create.asp?card=684 St. Jude also. Patron saint of hopeless causes. Seriously. Depending on your faith, pray on it Andrea. Really works for me. And, yes, I have lost things, that most times find their way home. Randy
I lost my wedding ring about ten years ago, but hey, I held on to it for over a year!!
Newarcher
My sanity a time or two! I rarely if ever lose anything. Usually when I lose it, it is because my absent minded son had it at some point. Good luck finding your mother's ring. That's a nice sacrifice your mom made,....you should replace it with something that has a diamond in it and give it to her (if she is still living). Guest Andrea
There's NO WAY I am telling my mother I lost this ring. If I have to tear this house completely apart, put an ad in the paper, hire a private eye, I am NOT telling her.

wtnhunt
Well Andrea, often times I find that things I have lost are simply not where I left them. There have been too many times to count that little ones have misplaced things for me, making me think I was nuts for not remembering where I left them. Lost my keys once several years ago, that was the start of this losing things. I turned the house upside down looking for them, and beat my brains in and got a bit over stressed in wondering where I could have put them as I was about to go to work, but could not go without my keys. Turned out that my oldest daughter, then about 2 put them in a jacket pocket that was hanging on a chair on the dining room table. I was late to work, and when I found them I knew that there was only one way they could have gotten there. That was about 9 years ago, two kids later, there have been many many times that things have been "lost". So the first thing anymore I do when something is missing is ask the kids, or look where our almost 2 year old could have possibly hidden the object I am looking for, usually unless it is the remote it turns up pretty quick. It just comes back in a flash most times.
toddyboman
Have you found it yet..... hate when i loose things. I usually tear whatever apart(house/truck/whatever) until I find it. Of course if I usually rethink where I was I can remember where I put whatever it was. Good luck :)

I am really hoping it didn't fall out of the truck when the door was opened. ( My purse got dumped out in the floorboard and it may have fallen out of my purse)
