For Immediate Release

ANNOUNCEMENT

March 2 , 2005

Wild TV Continues to Expand, Gaining Major Support from the CCSA.

CALGARY, AB - The Canadian Cable Systems Alliance Inc. (CCSA) and Wild TV are pleased to announce the completion of a five year Master Affiliate Agreement.

The Canadian Cable Systems Alliance Inc. is a federally incorporated Canadian company which represents broadcasting distributors throughout the country. With a subscriber base of approximately one million, the CCSA represents the commercial interests of 93 independent Member Companies for group purchases of programming, equipment and services.

“CCSA is excited to be entering into this long-term relationship with Wild TV,” says Chris Edwards, Legal Counsel for the CCSA. “We look forward to helping Wild TV introduce its brand, already highly popular in the US, into Canada and to establishing the service in the many small-town and rural communities that have a ready market for the world-class hunting and fishing content of this channel.”

Dieter Kohler, President of Wild TV, is enthusiastic about the agreement, stating "Wild TV is a grass roots network that is looking forward to working with all CCSA members. The rural Canadian market is a prime consumer for Wild TV. We will help maintain existing customers and create new ones in a competitive television market. CCSA members and their viewers have been asking for this channel for years and now Wild TV is a reality.”

The support for Wild TV has been contagious, with hunting and fishing enthusiasts across the country looking to sign-on to a network continuously widening its breadth of programming.

I haven't heard a word from Shaw cable on whether or not they are picking up Wild TV yet. They won't even answer my emails anymore.

[/ QUOTE ]

crazy.gifIt sure would be nice if they did. Apparently in MB you can get it on MTS cable, but the MTS service is extremely limited where you can get it, especially in comparison to Shaw. confused.gif Shaw being available in the majority of the province, while MTS, as far as I know, just Winnipeg, and surrounding area.
