Texan_Til_I_Die
There are plenty of online resources to show you how, and in fact, if you'll search this site, you'll find several informative threads. It's not that difficult, just takes a bit of time.
Tominator
It's not rocket science. Skin it, get a knife and start hacking away at the meat!

wtnhunt
Would not be a bad idea to learn how to butcher your own. We do our own here, nice knowing the meat is taken care of the way we want it.
beagleboy
It's not that hard. My buddy did it for me twice and I picked it up by watching him. I butcher the meat and vacuum seal the bags to prevent freezer burn.
Dogg6
It's always a good thing to learn to butcher yourself. It saves a lot of money doing it yourself. Once you get the hang of it, it doesn't take that long. I've been doing it since I started hunting at age 12 (24yrs). I'm teaching my girls before they start hunting, they actually enjoy it. JDAWG
I've got a neighbor butchering mine today. I plan on watching and picking up as much as I can so I can do it myself
