wtnhunt
First two shots here are of the hamann farms winter brassicas mix along with winter wheat. This plot looks to be doing pretty well. Really hoping this plot will be a good draw. The stump is just about even with where I have my climber, to the brush pile is just under 30 yards, makes for a good funnel area. close up shot Unfortunately weather this year for plots has been terrible. Somehow ended up with grass in our fall perennial plots despite 3 spraying with roundup. But at least the plots are coming in. This plot is a mix of chickory, hamann farms grower mix, and a perennial rye A view from the opposite end Last pics here are of our grower and chickory plot Closeup
Tominator
Can't see pics at work. I'll check them out when I get home. I should take a pic of my oats. they are coming in very well, and the deer are starting to hit them consistently. Crops are coming out around me, so I should start to see more activity soon. dogdoc
the annual plot looks great. should be a great draw after your first freeze. you are right--the perennial is struggling a little. hopefully it's just getting a slow start.
