Gator
I used them 2 years ago on a doe. Not the greatest in placement, but they did the job, never found my arrow, so I don't know what the head looked like, but I do like the way they are built more than anything. Friend of mine used one the same year on a buck, he ran about 40yds and fell over dead. No damage to that head
Randy
I've been using them for I believe 3 years now. As far as them flying the same as a field point, second to none. On the bad side, you will not get a real big hole like on a three blade head. I have shot quite a few deer with them and never had a real good blood trail where the blood was just spraying out the hole. As with any head, shot placement is key. I just like an easier trail to follow so a couple weeks ago I went to a three blade fixed. I have shot two deer since and have not been disappointed. Good Luck! VTbowman
This is my 3rd year using them and I love them and their preformance.. 2 years ago. My brothers buck went less then 30 yards. He hit the very rear edge of both shoulder blades and got full pass threw and the head was not damaged but on blade did bend a tad. Still usable but since they are super easy to replace he did so. I hit a doe this year in the rain at 8 yards and had a blood trail literally 6" wide. Due to being stupid, I kept pushing this deer because I was worried the rain would wash the trail away. Well it finally did and I ended up pushing the deer into the swamp and never found her but the broad head went threw her and sunk 8" into the ground. I washed it off and did not even need to touch up the blades. Nothing bend or nicked. (I did in fact touch them up for that razor sharp since they encounter dirt but I really did not need to) A second doe I hit this year. This time at 35 yards, hit the center of ribs high and she spun on the shot so it exitted mid belly low, big holes but the exit plugged with stomack matter causing little blood. Found her 50 yards from the shot. Broadhead in perfect shape after being about 5" into ground. well one blade was nicked but not bent. I find them to fly exactly like my FPs but now-a-days it seems like everybody says that right. LOL Naturally why wouldn't they or they would be using something else if it didn't. IMHO great mech head. I will continue to use them.
WVreddot870
tekans I shot 2 hogs back in Aug. and my daughter shot a deer last weekend with the Tekans. Complete pass thru and good blood trails. Very Very minor blade damage----blades did not bend and I could probably use them again if I wanted to. They also shoot like my field points out to 60yds. I love this head!!!

Straight Shooter
I know Michael and David Blanton are both using them. I used one for a kill last year to just try them out, it put the deer down within 50 yards. However I wasn't to impressed with the entry hole. If I ever decided to strickly hunt with a mechanical I'd go with them, though.
