Guest Finn
Beckett strikes out the side in the first, gets 3 runs in the bottom of the inning and struck out #1 in the 2nd Good luck, Rockies

muggs
This game was over before it even started. I didn't expect the Rockies to beat Beckett, in Fenway, especially after that long layoff. So I gotta think they're still in this series. Tonight is huge. If Schilling can pitch like Schilling circa 2000, then it's over...series and all. But if he struggles with his command he just doesn't have the stuff to get it done anymore. I just hope this Jimenez kid doesn't get pinched by the ump like Fausto did. Rocks need to make this a 1-1 series heading to Coors Field. Depending on who the BoSox put at 1st, they'll most likely have two huge ?'s in the field with Ortiz and ManRam (that's a tough outfield too) and they'll be losing one of their top four bats in that lineup. Still anyone's series.

buckbuster11
Classic example of a team sitting around for a week and a half doing nothing coming to play a team that's still in the groove at their park. I could see this being a real blowout of a series. The Rockies for most of this season were an average team at best, they got red hot to get to this point, if they go back to being the team they were for most of this year the Red Sox will blow them right out of the ballpark. It kills me to say this for two reasons, but I agree.

Tominator
2 reasons? I hate agreeing with you, and I sense a muggsy rehash of the 2006 National Football title game.
