Just wanted to let everyone know about the outstanding customer service I recently recieved from Leupold. A few weeks back my Wind River 8x42 binoculars developed an alignment problem (I was seeing double). I have had these for 8 years and use them daily for work and play. They are beat up pretty bad, so it's no wonder they developed a slight problem. Anyway, I sent them in for repair and yesterday I get a package in the mail and to my surprise and amazement, Leupold sent me a brand new pair of 8x42 Wind River Mesa binos instead of repairing my old ones. This is a $150 - $200 value....after 8 years. Of course I love the Mesa's! For those looking for a "low-end" bino, I highly recommend the Wind River line and as I found out, the customer service is second to none!!!!!
